Disclaimer & Terminology
The following terminology applies to this Shipping Policy, our Terms and Conditions,
Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements:
“Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting
the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Us” and “Xtrude 3D”
refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties” or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves,
or either the Client or ourselves. “Website” and “Online Store” may be used interchangeably
and hold the same meaning within the scope of this document.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake
the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal
meetings of a fixed duration or by any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the
Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated products/services, in
accordance with and subject to prevailing South African law. Any use of the above terminology
or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as
interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
1. General Information
Thank you for shopping at Xtrude 3D. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions
related to the shipping and delivery of your orders placed via our website.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place
your order, we will notify you and either:
- Offer an alternative product; or
- Refund the total amount paid for that item using the original method of payment.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time includes:
- Order verification
- Payment confirmation
- Quality checks
- Packing and handover to the courier or preparation for local pickup
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods or when stock must be
transferred from a secondary warehouse. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public
holidays. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Xtrude 3D is not responsible
for orders delayed, misrouted or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address details may be
for your account.
4. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Courier Shipping
Delivery is typically within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch,
depending on your location and the courier’s service levels. - Local Pickup
Customers may choose to collect orders from our premises. Full collection details will be
confirmed in your order confirmation or follow-up communication.
We do not offer express or same-day shipping at this time.
5. Shipping Rates & Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are based on factors such as:
- Product weight and/or dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Assigned shipping class or fixed-rate rules
Xtrude 3D may apply one or more of the following fee structures:
- Shipping Class Fee – Products are assigned to shipping classes based on type,
size and/or weight. Each class has its own base fee. When multiple items are purchased, a
combined shipping cost is calculated. To accommodate customers, the additional item fee is
usually lower than the “first item” fee within the same class. - Flat-Rate per Product – Certain items may carry a specific fixed shipping rate.
- Free Shipping – Some products or promotions may qualify for free shipping.
If such items are combined with products that carry a shipping fee, a combined shipping fee
will be calculated at checkout.
To view your final shipping cost, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping
charges will be clearly displayed before payment is made. Additional surcharges
may apply for remote or outlying areas and for oversized or very heavy items; such fees will be
shown at checkout where applicable.
6. Delivery Estimates & Delays
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout based on your address and the applicable
shipping option. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier delays or route changes
- Adverse weather conditions
- Public holidays or peak-season congestion
- Operational issues at the courier or in specific delivery areas
Xtrude 3D is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or other events beyond
our reasonable control. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at
info@xtrude3d.co.za and we will assist as far as reasonably possible.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, its status will be updated in your account (where applicable)
and/or in your order history.
We may, at our discretion, provide a courier waybill or tracking reference number upon request;
however, we do not guarantee or undertake to provide direct links to the courier’s tracking portal.
Tracking visibility and updates are subject to the systems and processes of the relevant courier.
8. Lost, Stolen or Returned Parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable period after the
estimated delivery date, please contact us at
info@xtrude3d.co.za.
We will liaise with the courier to investigate the matter and, where applicable, assist with
a claim or resolution.
Please note:
- Xtrude 3D is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or returned as a result of
incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. - Where a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or failed delivery caused by customer
error, we may charge an additional fee to re-ship the order.
9. Damaged Parcels
We package all items with care to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Upon delivery,
please inspect the parcel and contents as soon as reasonably possible.
If you receive goods that appear damaged in transit, please:
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s); and
- Contact us within a reasonable period at

with your order number and supporting photos.
We will assess each case and may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law,
offer a repair, replacement, partial refund or store credit. Risk of loss passes to you upon
delivery to the address supplied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Local Pickup
If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you will receive an email notification
once your order is ready for collection, including collection details.
Please bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Your order confirmation or order number
Orders should generally be collected within 7 days of receiving the pickup
notification, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and
refunded (less any reasonable handling or restocking fees, where applicable).
11. Insurance
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping fees do not include transit insurance.
If you would like to insure your shipment, please request this in the order notes during checkout
or contact us at info@xtrude3d.co.za immediately after placing your order.
Any additional cost for insurance will be added to your order total or billed separately, and
confirmed with you before being applied.
