ERYONE Rock PLA Filament – Natural Stone Texture, High-Speed Printing

ERYONE Rock PLA is a specialty PLA filament designed to replicate the natural texture and matte appearance of real stone. Using a unique rotating gradient colour process with dual rock-like tones, this filament produces prints with a realistic, natural finish that closely resembles real rock surfaces.

In addition to its visual appeal, ERYONE Rock PLA is engineered for high-speed 3D printing, supporting print speeds of up to 500 mm/s. This makes it an excellent choice for creators who want to combine artistic detail with fast, efficient production, especially for architectural models, landscapes, dΓ©cor items, and natural-themed designs

Recommended Printing Settings

  • Nozzle Temperature: 190 – 220 Β°C

  • Bed Temperature: 55 – 70 Β°C

  • Build Surface: Glass, PEI, or Spring Steel Plate

  • Enclosure: Open or enclosed printing supported

  • Print Speed: 30 – 500 mm/s

  • Drying Conditions: 50 – 60 Β°C for 6 hours

  • Heat Distortion Temperature (0.45 MPa): 55 Β°C

  • Tensile Strength (X-Y): 42.3 MPa

  • Elastic Modulus (X-Y): 1672.5 MPa

  • Elongation at Break (X-Y): 3.1 %

  • Bending Strength: 67.1 MPa

  • Charpy Impact Strength: 22.3 kJ/mΒ²

Test samples printed at 220 Β°C nozzle temperature, 80 mm/s print speed, 60 Β°C bed temperature, 100 % infill, and a 0.4 mm nozzle.
