Fil-X SBS Filament 1.75mm Translucent Yellow is a tough engineering-grade material designed for impact-resistant parts with slight flexibility. Unlike rubber-like filaments, SBS offers improved durability while maintaining structural strength and print stability.

The translucent yellow finish allows light transmission, making it ideal for functional enclosures, covers, light-diffusing components, and design-focused builds. Fil-X SBS Filament 1.75mm Translucent Yellow combines strong layer adhesion with smooth extrusion performance.

SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) blends the rigidity of polystyrene with the resilience of polybutadiene, resulting in a material that is tougher than PLA and less brittle under stress. It also produces minimal odour during printing and does not readily absorb moisture.

This filament can be chemically smoothed using d-limonene to achieve a glossy, refined surface finish.
