Fil-X SBS Filament 1.75mm Nutria is a tough, engineering-grade material combining durability and slight flexibility in one advanced filament. SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) is widely used in everyday products such as shoe soles and car tyres due to its strength and resilience.

In FDM 3D printing, SBS offers the unique benefit of being both impact-resistant and slightly flexible without behaving like rubber. The polystyrene base provides hardness and structural strength, while the polybutadiene component adds improved toughness and resistance to cracking.

Fil-X SBS Filament 1.75mm Nutria prints easily, produces no noticeable odour during printing, and does not readily absorb moisture. It delivers strong layer adhesion and consistent extrusion across compatible 3D printers.

One of the standout features of SBS is that it can be chemically smoothed using d-limonene, allowing you to achieve a refined, glossy surface finish.
