This material offers excellent abrasion resistance and high impact absorption, allowing printed parts to withstand repeated bending, vibration, and mechanical stress. Featuring an elongation at break of over 500%, ERYONE TPU is ideal for phone cases, protective covers, seals, gaskets, shock absorbers, flexible joints, wear-resistant components, and custom protective parts.

The bright yellow finish provides high visibility and a clean, professional appearance, making it especially suitable for protective elements, safety-related parts, grips, and functional components. ERYONE TPU prints reliably on glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates and supports both open and enclosed printers. For best results, proper filament drying and reduced print speeds are recommended to minimise stringing.

The filament is neatly wound and supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.
