This material demonstrates excellent abrasion resistance and outstanding impact absorption, allowing printed parts to withstand repeated bending and mechanical stress without cracking or failure. With an elongation at break of over 500%, ERYONE TPU is particularly well suited for phone cases, protective covers, seals, gaskets, shock absorbers, flexible hinges, wear-resistant components, and custom protective parts.

The vivid red finish provides a bold, professional appearance while retaining smooth surface quality. ERYONE TPU prints reliably on glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates and supports both open and enclosed printing environments. For optimal print quality and reduced stringing, proper filament drying and increased retraction settings are recommended.

The filament is neatly wound and supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.
