Eryone TPU Green Filament 175mm 1kg is a premium flexible filament engineered for applications that require elasticity, durability, and impact resistance. With a Shore hardness of 95A, this TPU balances flexibility and strength, allowing printed parts to bend, compress, and recover repeatedly without cracking or permanent deformation.
The material delivers excellent abrasion resistance and high shock absorption, making it suitable for parts exposed to vibration, wear, and repeated mechanical stress. With an elongation at break of over 500%, ERYONE TPU is ideal for protective cases, seals, gaskets, flexible hinges, grips, vibration dampers, wear-resistant components, and custom protective parts.
The fresh green finish provides a clean, functional look and good visibility, making it well suited for functional, protective, and technical applications. ERYONE TPU prints reliably on glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates and supports both open and enclosed printers. For best results, proper filament drying and controlled print speeds are recommended to minimise stringing.
The filament is neatly wound and supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.
