Eryone PETG Glass Fibre Black Filament 175mm 1kg is an enhanced PETG material reinforced with 10% glass fibre, engineered to deliver outstanding strength, dimensional stability, and durability for demanding functional applications. This advanced formulation combines the ease of PETG printing with improved rigidity and impact resistance, making it ideal for structural components and outdoor-ready models.

The glass fibre reinforcement provides excellent stiffness and reduces deformation, while producing a fine matte, frosted surface texture with a professional black finish. PETG-GF exhibits excellent chemical resistance, low odour during printing, and strong resistance to impact and drops, making it suitable for enclosures, brackets, housings, tooling, fixtures, and mechanical components exposed to real-world use.

ERYONE PETG-GF is optimised for smooth flow and reliable extrusion, offering consistent performance across a wide range of printers. It performs best in enclosed (sealed) printing environments, adheres well to glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates, and is supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.

Note: Due to the abrasive nature of glass fibre, a hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle is strongly recommended.
