Eryone Carbon Fibre PLA Black Filament 175mm 1kg is a high-performance, carbon-reinforced PLA filament designed for applications requiring increased strength, stiffness, and dimensional accuracy compared to standard PLA. Formulated with carbon fibre additives, this material offers low shrinkage, reduced warping, and anti-static properties, making it ideal for precision functional printing.

The carbon fibre reinforcement significantly improves mechanical performance, delivering superior tensile strength and stiffness while producing a refined matte black surface finish. This makes PLA-CF especially suitable for structural models, jigs, fixtures, enclosures, mechanical components, and engineering prototypes where rigidity and appearance matter.

ERYONE PLA-CF prints reliably on both open and enclosed printers, with strong layer adhesion and excellent dimensional stability. It adheres well to glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates and maintains consistent extrusion across a wide range of print speeds. The filament is neatly wound and supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.

Note: Carbon fibre is abrasive — a hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle is strongly recommended.

Recommended printing settings

• Nozzle temperature: 190–220 °C

• Nozzle: Hardened steel recommended
