Eryone Carbon Fibre PETG Dark Grey Filament 175mm 1kg is a reinforced PETG filament developed for applications that demand increased stiffness, dimensional stability, and long-term durability while maintaining reliable printability. Manufactured with approximately 15% carbon fibre, this material offers significantly improved rigidity and reduced deformation compared to standard PETG.

The dark grey finish provides a professional, industrial appearance with a refined matte texture created by the carbon fibre reinforcement. This makes it ideal for jigs, fixtures, brackets, housings, tooling, and mechanical components where both strength and aesthetics matter. PETG-CF combines the toughness and moisture resistance of PETG with the added structural benefits of carbon fibre, making it suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor environments.

ERYONE PETG-CF is optimised to reduce common printing issues such as stringing, oozing, nozzle clogging, and filament jamming, resulting in smooth and consistent prints. It performs reliably on glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates, supports both open and enclosed printers, and is supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.

Note: Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibre, a hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle is strongly recommended.
