Eryone Carbon Fibre PETG Black Filament 175mm 1kg is a reinforced PETG filament engineered for users who require increased stiffness, strength, and durability while maintaining reliable printability. Formulated with approximately 15% carbon fibre, this material significantly enhances rigidity and dimensional stability compared to standard PETG, making it ideal for structural and functional applications.

The carbon fibre reinforcement reduces warping and improves surface quality while delivering a refined, matte black finish with a subtle textured appearance. Compared to PLA, PETG-CF offers higher toughness and impact resistance, along with good water and weather resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor functional parts such as fixtures, brackets, housings, flower pots, jigs, and mechanical components.

ERYONE PETG-CF is optimised to minimise common printing issues such as stringing, oozing, nozzle clogging, and filament jamming, resulting in a smoother and more predictable printing experience. It prints reliably on glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates, supports both open and enclosed printers, and is supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.

Note: Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibre, a hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle is strongly recommended.

Recommended printing settings

• Nozzle temperature: 230–250 °C

• Bed temperature: 75–80 °C

• Print speed: 30–80 mm/s

• Drying (recommended): 60–65 °C for 6–8 hours

• Nozzle: Hardened steel recommended
