Eryone ABS+ White Filament 175mm 1kg is an enhanced ABS thermoplastic filament designed to provide superior performance compared to standard ABS, with improved print stability, reduced warping, and stronger interlayer bonding. Its refined formulation offers smoother melt flow and more consistent extrusion, making ABS+ easier and more reliable to print in demanding applications.

ABS+ features high impact strength, excellent temperature resistance, strong creep resistance, and good oil resistance, making it suitable for industrial and functional parts exposed to mechanical stress or elevated temperatures. With a Vicat softening temperature of approximately 90 °C and a heat distortion temperature around 80 °C, this material is ideal for durable engineering components.

The clean white finish provides a professional, neutral appearance, making ABS+ White well suited for enclosures, housings, brackets, tooling, mechanical components, electronic parts, and engineering prototypes, especially where post-processing, painting, or colour contrast is required. When printed in an enclosed environment, the material delivers excellent dimensional stability and long-term durability.

ERYONE ABS+ prints reliably on glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates and is supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.

Note: For optimal results, enclosed (sealed) printing is strongly recommended to minimise warping and ensure consistent layer bonding.

• Nozzle temperature: 230–260 °C

• Drying (recommended): 75–85 °C for 6 hours
