Eryone ABS+ Grey Filament 175mm 1kg is an enhanced ABS thermoplastic filament engineered to outperform standard ABS by offering improved print stability, reduced warping, and stronger interlayer bonding. Its refined formulation provides smoother melt flow and more consistent extrusion, making ABS+ easier and more reliable to print for functional and industrial applications.

ABS+ offers high impact strength, excellent temperature resistance, strong creep resistance, and good oil resistance, making it ideal for parts exposed to mechanical stress or elevated temperatures. With a Vicat softening temperature of approximately 90 °C and a heat distortion temperature around 80 °C, this material is well suited for durable engineering components and long-term use.

The neutral grey finish delivers a professional, industrial appearance that highlights part geometry and surface detail, making ABS+ Grey ideal for mechanical components, enclosures, housings, brackets, tooling, fixtures, electronic parts, and engineering prototypes. When printed in an enclosed environment, the material provides excellent dimensional stability and long-lasting durability.

ERYONE ABS+ prints reliably on glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates and is supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.

Note: For best results, enclosed (sealed) printing is strongly recommended to minimise warping and ensure consistent layer bonding.

• Drying (recommended): 75–85 °C for 6 hours
