Eryone ABS+ Black Filament 175mm 1kg is an advanced thermoplastic filament engineered to deliver significantly improved performance over standard ABS. Its enhanced formulation provides superior resistance to cracking, warping, and delamination, combined with improved melt flow characteristics that ensure smoother, more stable extrusion during printing.

ABS+ offers high impact strength, excellent temperature resistance, superior creep resistance, and good oil resistance, making it ideal for demanding functional and industrial applications. With a Vicat softening temperature of approximately 90 °C and a heat distortion temperature around 80 °C, this material is well suited for parts exposed to heat, mechanical stress, or continuous load.

The deep black finish delivers a professional, industrial appearance, making ABS+ Black ideal for mechanical components, housings, enclosures, tooling, fixtures, electronic parts, and engineering prototypes. When printed in an enclosed environment, the material demonstrates excellent dimensional stability and strong interlayer bonding, resulting in durable, long-lasting parts.

ERYONE ABS+ prints reliably on glass, PEI, and spring steel build plates and is supplied on durable plastic spools compatible with AMS and CFS multi-material systems.

Note: For best results, enclosed (sealed) printing is strongly recommended to maintain temperature stability and prevent warping.

Recommended printing settings

• Nozzle temperature: 230–260 °C

• Bed temperature: 80–110 °C

• Print speed: 40–100 mm/s

• Drying (recommended): 75–85 °C for 6 hours
