Heating block & throat -Material upgrade
Upgrading the heating block with chrome zirconium copper nickel plating treatment for fast thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance for printing,The titanium alloy throat is wrapped with chromium zirconium copper for better heat dissipation.

The throat and heating block are integrated into a formed structure

High temperature and wear resistance upgrade
The heating block has been upgraded to chrome zirconium plated copper and nickel plated treatment, which can withstand high temperatures and has fast thermal conductivity. The nozzles made of hardened steel SKD11, which has undergone quenching
hardening treatment and surface DLC nano treatment. lt can be heated up to 550 °C or above, making it more wear-resistant and extending its service life.

Upgrade of nozzle structure
The heating block and nozzle are connected by threads, utilizing the contact between the nozzle and the step at the bottom of the throat to firmly solve the problem of detachment and reduce the possibility of material leakage. The detachable nozzle reduces the cost of use.

Fixed aluminum radiator with top thread
The radiator and throat are fixed by a top screw, which is stable in connection and can be disassembled and replaced, reducing the cost of use.
